Bdtl Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdtl platform and its members ("you" or "user"). bdtl is a licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms have been written in Bangla to ensure our Bangladeshi members can understand them with ease.

• Accounts on bdtl may only be opened for personal use. Use on behalf of a business or organization is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any funds held being forfeited.
• Using the bdtl platform to engage in any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To create an account on bdtl, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

You will need to provide the following information during registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of Birth (must be 18 or older)
• Active Email Address
• An active mobile number (Bangladeshi numbers accepted)
• Residential Address
• Preferred Currency

Bdtl may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

The following rules must be strictly observed when placing bets on bdtl. Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation of bet outcomes.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a player substitution or venue change occurs before a match begins, bdtl reserves the right to void the related bet.
• bdtl may void any bet placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a software bug or error.
• If evidence of match-fixing or any irregularity is found, the outcome of the relevant bet will be suspended or voided.
• bdtl reserves the right to close or modify markets for any event.

Bdtl offers Bangladeshi users the ability to deposit and withdraw via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Full details of our payment terms and conditions are outlined below.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳2,00,000
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Withdrawal processing may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Bdtl offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are not entirely free — each one comes with wagering requirements (betting conditions) attached.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Withdrawing winnings from a bonus requires the wagering conditions to be met (typically 5x–10x).
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• bdtl reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Loyalty points are for use on your own account only and cannot be transferred to another account.

Bdtl believes betting is purely a form of entertainment — not a source of income. The mental and financial well-being of our members is our top priority. Responsible betting is an essential part of our terms and conditions.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to close your account for a specified period at any time.
• A cooling-off period can be activated to take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing bets.
• If a member shows signs of gambling addiction, bdtl reserves the right to take precautionary action on their account.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or staff

You can also, at any time, Help Center contact us to request account closure. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

Bdtl strives to deliver the highest quality of service, though certain limitations on our liability apply — these are clearly outlined in the terms and conditions below.

• bdtl is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• bdtl is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• bdtl is not liable for any loss arising from a user's own negligence or unauthorised use of their account.
• For bets placed during unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance, bdtl will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution.

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support team first. If the matter remains unresolved, it will be referred to independent third-party mediation. Any legal claim against bdtl must be filed within 6 months of the relevant incident.

Bdtl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

1. Any updates to these terms will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
2. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. New terms will take effect from the date of publication.
